Thank you for providing me with a fantastic array of breakfast cereals. I am happy to inform you that my loyalty to and my love for your cereal range has not waned slightly and I intend to carry on as usual.
The reason for this email was firstly to enquire as to how the Crunch Nut Clusters Honey and Nut product was doing sales wise?
Finally despite all the good cereal range, I must say I am extremely disappointed with the above mentioned product. I tried it for the first time last week and did not deem it the finest in your range to put it nicely.
The honey fails to have any impact at all on taste and the size of the clusters could perhaps be reduced as well. The whole fluidity one seeks in a breakfast cereal is clearly lost with that combination.
Having the cereal with all types of milk and even having the cereal immediately with milk or leaving it in the milk for a few minutes to soak it up still results in the same outcome.
Several of my colleagues share the same views as I do on this particular product and would like to be considered for tasting the next cereal release prior to it being released.
